Nutella Blondies

Guilty as charged: I’ve never made blondies (until now) because I always thought that they were just brownies without the chocolate (now who would want that)?

Apparently, blondies are all about the brown sugar. Even though I put some blobs of Nutella-infused batter in it, the deep sweet flavor from the dark brown sugar prevailed! And because there is much more moisture in dark brown sugar, these blondies are extremely soft and chewy too (tip: they’re delicious warm and with vanilla ice cream on top!)
